Memmert has always been marked by an atmosphere of mutual responsibility. Secure jobs, the appreciation of older workers and a consideration of family situations, reinforce employees commitment and their identification with the company, without the need for lengthy motivational programmes.

In April and May 2007 we have four reasons to celebrate. "100 years Memmert" - four employees are commemorating 25 years of work service. Our very warm thanks go to Mrs Salzbrunn from the consignment department for her loyalty. We are pleased with the many years shared with Mr Scholz, who started off in the joinery 25 years ago, and who is now in the dispatch department, ensuring the reliable and prompt delivery of equipment. We wish Mr Eichhorn, who always showed his committment to the company, both in our electronics department and in custom production, much happiness and success for the future. And we warmly thank Mr Philipp from interior casing production for his work over so many years.
