Temperature progress and monitoring devices

For thermal safety and operating comfort, the highest Memmert controller class is uncompromisingly perfect. Complex thermal processes can be programmed without problem, and can be repeated as often as necessary with the help of a chip card. A multifunctional, fuzzy-supported PID process controller, with permanent performance adjustments and integrated self-diagnosis system, ensures perfect and absolutely reliable temperature control of the Perfect class.

  • Temperature range: 30 °C (at least 5 °C or 10 °C above ambient) to 250 °C
  • Temperature variation (time): < ±0.25 °C at 150 °C
  • Multiple overtemperature protection: If the electronic heating control should fail, heating is switched off at a fixed level of 10 °C above the setpoint. An adjustable overtemperature controller TWW protection class 3.1 (optional adjustable electronic temperature limiter TWB protection class 2) takes over control at a preset temperature in case of failure. ASF Automatic Safety Function - a unique safety function - for over- and undertemperature automatically following the setpoint in a freely selectable tolerance range. An alarm sound is activated in case of over- /undertemperature, and the heating is switched off in case of overtemperature. In addition a mechanical temperature limiter, TB, switches off heating permanently if the maximum permitted oven temperature is exceeded by approx. 10 °C.
  • Adjustable undertemperature alarm
  • 2 high-grade platinum temperature sensors Pt 100 in a 4-wire circuit (for stable long-term transmission of measurement signals) communicate with each other and ensure uninterrupted error-free temperature control at constant working temperature
  • Digital programme control (programmable to the minute) for temperature profiles consisting of up to 40 ramps
  • Weekly timer programmable to the minute
  • Air flap adjustable by servo motor for fresh air intake
  • Speed of fan can be controlled at 10% intervals, or shut down
  • Heating power distribution balance  to optimise temperature uniformity
  • Simultaneous display of all parameters, such as temperature, weekday, time, fan speed, air flap position and number of ramp
  • Visual and acoustic alarm in case of over-/undertemperature
  • Alphanumeric text display in different languages (D/UK/E/F/I)
  • Function signals for stand-by, operating mode, heating and over/undertemperature
  • Internal log memory with 1024kB to save temperature and error states, with timestamp to the minute
  • Chip card control including 1 MEMoryCard XL with 32 kB memory capacity (max. 40 ramps)
  • Serial RS-232 communication interface (option: USB) and software Celsius to control the appliance and to read out the appliance's internal log memory
  • Parallel printer interface for printout of log data via an external PCL3-compatible inkjet printer (USB available via converter)
