The control technology for vacuum ovens is based on the Perfect class, but adjusted to the particular conditions in the vacuum: Multi-level controlling (MLC) and multi-level sensing (MLS) ensure precision and safety on all levels.

  • Temperature range: 20 °C to 200 °C with a display accuracy of 0.1 °C
  • MLC: Separate temperature control for each thermoshelf to a shared and predefined set temperature
  • MLS: High-quality platinum temperature sensors Pt 100 in a 4-wire circuit (for stable long-term transmission of measurement signals), separate for each thermoshelf
  • Vacuum pressure control for digital adjustment through integrated solenoid valves
  • Signal for pump purging and switching off external vacuum pump
  • Programmable inlet valve for fresh air and inert gas
  • Multiple overtemperature protection: If the electronic heating control should fail, heating is switched off at a fixed level of 10 °C above the setpoint. An adjustable overtemperature controller TWW protection class 3.1 takes over control at a preset temperature in case of failure. ASF Automatic Safety Function - a unique safety function - for over- and undertemperature automatically following the setpoint in a freely selectable tolerance range. MLOP Multi Level Overtemperature Protection for each thermoshelf individually, switches heating of invididual shelf off at about 3°C above setpoint. In addition a mechanical temperature limiter, TB, switches off heating permanently if the maximum permitted oven temperature is exceeded by approx. 20 °C.
  • Adjustable undertemperature alarm
  • Digital programme control (programmable to the minute) for temperature and pressure profiles consisting of up to 40 ramps
  • Weekly timer programmable to the minute
  • Simultaneous display of all parameters, such as temperature, pressure, weekday, time and number of ramps
  • Visual and acoustic alarm in case of over-/undertemperature
  • Alphanumeric text display in different languages (D/UK/E/F/I)
  • Function signals for stand-by, operating mode, heating and over/undertemperature
  • Internal log memory with 1024kB to save temperature, pressure and error states, with timestamp to the minute
  • Chip card control including 1 MEMoryCard XL with 32 kB memory capacity (max. 40 ramps)
  • Serial  RS-232 communication interface and software Celsius 2007 to read out the appliance's internal log memory
  • Parallel printer interface for printout of log data via an external PCL3-compatible inkjet printer
