• Triple overtemperature protection: If the electronic heating control should fail, heating is switched off at a fixed level of 10 °C above the setpoint. Depending on the type of overtemperature protection selected (can be chosen by the user in the setup menu), the adjustable temperature control TWW protection class 3.1 takes over control at a preset temperature in case of failure, or the electronic temperature limiter TWB protection class 2 switches heating off permanently if the temperature is exceeded.
