For a seamless quality control, it is essential to record all process parameters. But what happens to the process data if there are network problems, or if an externally connected computer for logging and documentation should crash? Nothing can happen with a Memmert appliance, because an autonomous, internal log memory guarantees absolute safety and seamless documentation.
- Celsius software: Read data logger
All Memmert ovens of the E- and P-class are equipped with an internal Flash log memory. This data logger is designed as a ring buffer, and saves all adjustable process parameters such as temperature, air flap position, fan speed, temperature monitoring, humidity, pressure and CO2 content, as well as the measured actual values and error states every minute over a period of up to six months (24 hour operation), with an exact assignment of test time and date. All process parameters can be read out externally via the Memmert Celsius software or the Celsius FDA software for GMP and GLP compliant documentation and evaluation.
