Precise temperature control in material research

Perfectly tuned control technology in the Memmert climatic test chamber CTC and in the temperature test chamber TTC guarantees real conditions for absolutely reliable climate testing and temperature testing in electronics or the automotive industries. A multifunctional fuzzy controller (P class), with permanent performance adjustments and integrated self-diagnosis system, as well as two high-quality platinum temperature sensors Pt100, ensure absolutely reliable temperature control and environment simulation, as well as the highest process safety and control accuracy.

  • High-quality and maintenance-free capacitive humidity sensor for high measurement precision and long-term stability

  • High-performance, adjustable speed air circulation with a capacity of up to 1,200 m³ per hour
  • Multiple over-temperature protection: An adjustable over-temperature controller TWW protection class 3.3 takes over control in case of failure at a preset temperature. As a special safety feature we are offering an "ASF" integrated over- and under-temperature monitor, which automatically follows the setpoint value at freely selectable intervals. An alarm signal is activated if limits are crossed. In addition a TB mechanical temperature limiter switches off the heating permanently if the maximum permissible chamber temperature is exceeded
