The high degree of standardisation enables fast re-equipping times as well as the flexible installation of special accessories during ongoing production. Despite the fact that production is fully automated to a large extent, there is still much flexibility to allow individual customer requests to be implemented.

Do all appliances, without exception, keep our promise of an absolutely precise controlled atmosphere? Each of our laboratory appliances is subject to our exceedingly high quality standards prior to leaving the factory. How quickly does an appliance heat up, how quickly does it cool down? Are all parameters within the maximum permissible tolerance? Our new test bay has a capacity of 540 places, in which every appliance and every heating bath runs through a fixed routine for calibration and quality testing prior to final delivery.

Hundreds of packages leave our production facilities every day and are sent across the world by land, sea, rail or air. Packages are prepared quickly and ergonomically in our modern dispatch department.

Various package sizes can be processed in parallel on three packaging stations. The eco-friendly packages made of corrugated cardboard are simply and quickly assembled without nails and staples – which also makes unpacking and disposal considerably easier for the customer.
