Complex thermal processes can be programmed without any problems, and can be repeated as often as necessary using a chip card.
The suitability of the two Memmert universal ovens UFP 500 and UFP 800 for use in the cleanroom has been confirmed by the independent Fraunhofer-Institut, and they are therefore entitled to bear the IPA certificate TESTED DEVICE. In order to guarantee the maximum quality assurance, the two drying ovens were tested in accordance with the uniform and statistically secured VDI standard. The tested appliances were given the certificates in their standard versions without any modifications such as particulate filters. Even with maximum air recirculation, the UFP 500 and UFP 800 drying ovens attain ISO class 7 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1, without recirculating air, they are certified in the chamber with ISO class 4. In terms of surroundings, both drying ovens achieve purity class 5.

The fittings of this universal drying oven are practically-oriented, their programme functions are designed for a wide variety of applications in the cleanroom, and even when used intensively, our all-rounder made of stainless steel loses nothing in shine and reliability. Our highest controller class Perfect covers all requirements of thermal safety, precision and quality assurance.
60 years of permanent development work, as well as numerous amounts of feedback from practical experience, are embodied in each of our cleanroom drying ovens:
