Where can I find the appliance data?
On the nameplate. Open the right-hand door of the appliance, the nameplate can be found on the bottom right of the frame. For the baths it is located on the rear of the appliance.

Why does the working chamber of ovens with a temperature range of +300°C show a slightly yellowish to slightly brownish discolouration?
The discolouration of metals such as iron, steel and stainless steel under high temperatures is the result of a chemical reaction. The natural oxide layer that forms on the surface of metals is reinforced by high temperatures, and a discolouring of the surface can be observed. The discolourations of the working chamber in Memmert products represent a proof of quality. This means that these products were tested and their functions were inspected at Memmert.
