Excellent homogenity of temperature and humidity

Thanks to the finely tuned control technology, the setpoint temperature in the Memmert climate chamber ICH is exactly reached without any control fluctuations. In combination with the air jacket temperature control, unmatched temperature and humidity homogeneity within the entire interior is guaranteed.

A multifunctional fuzzy controller (P class) with permanent performance adjustments and integrated self-diagnosis system, as well as two high-quality platinum temperature sensors Pt100, ensure absolutely reliable temperature control and the highest process safety and control accuracy for stability tests in the pharmaceutical as well as the food, cosmetics or tobacco industry.

  • Temperature range: - 10 °C to + 60 °C (ICH 256), 0 °C to + 60 °C (ICH256L), - 10 °C to + 60 °C (ICH 256C), with a display and adjustment precision of 0.1 °C
  • Multiple overtemperature protection: An adjustable undertemperature / overtemperature controller TWW protection class 3.3 (optional adjustable electronic temperature limiter TWB) takes over control at a preset temperature in case of a malfunction. As a special safety feature, we offer an "ASF" integrated overtemperature and undertemperature protection, which automatically monitors the setpoint value at freely selectable intervals. An alarm signal is activated if limits are crossed. The heating is switched off if the maximum value is exceeded and, if the temperature falls below the minimum limit value, the cooling unit is switched off as well. In addition, a mechanical temperature limiter TB permanently switches off heating if the maximum permitted chamber temperature is exceeded by approx. 10 °C.
  • 2 high-grade platinum temperature sensors Pt 100 in a 4-wire circuit (for stable long-term transmission of measurement signals) with mutual sensor monitoring and operation transfer at same working temperature
