For standard temperature control tasks in food chemistry, biology and pharmaceutics, such as drying and heating up insensitive loads, the Basic class is recommended for use with the Memmert Incubator I. An electronic PID controller with an integrated self-diagnosing system, as well as a high-quality platinum temperature sensor Pt100 ensure exact temperature control.
The double protection from overtemperature provides reliable safeguarding of the load in the incubator.
- Temperature range: 30 °C (at least 5°C above ambient) to 70 °C
- Temperature variation (time): < ±0.2 °C at 37 °C
- Double overtemperature protection: If the electronic heating control should fail, heating is switched off at a fixed level of 3 °C above the setpoint. In addition a mechanical temperature limiter, TB, switches off heating permanently if the maximum permitted oven temperature is exceeded by approx. 10 °C.
- A high-quality platinum temperature sensor Pt100 (DIN class A) in a 4-wire circuit (for stable long-term transmission of measurement signals)
- Programmable digital timer (1 min. to 99 hrs 59 min.)
- Manually adjustable air flap for fresh air intake
- Visual alarm if temperature is exceeded
- Function signals for stand-by, operating mode, heating and overtemperature
Peltier-Cooled Incubator
Not having a compressor creates more space, brings calm to the laboratory and provides living cultures with an extremely low-vibration environment in the IPP Peltier-cooled incubator.
CO2 incubator INCO
Ideal for research and medicine! Taking the standard INCO model and 7 additional modules, you can put together your own customised CO2 incubator.
Research for all
The incubation of bacteria in an incubator proved at an exhibition in Dublin how dangerous kisses can be!
Application Biology
Without noises and vibrations: In the laboratory of the Würzburg BEEgroup, many bees began life in a cooled Memmert Incubator IPP.
