Memmert News from the service department

To be able to satisfy customer requirements quickly and comprehensively in future, the service department was enlarged and restructured. Markus Schweda, an experienced industry expert, is now in charge of management and coordination, and the team is being reinforced by Romina Löhlein, who has successfully finished her training at Memmert.

Holding training courses worldwide, the contact partner for customers and service partners for all questions involving technology, customer service and service provisions on site, the workload became ever larger in recent years. Energetic support was urgently needed and we are very pleased to be able to welcome three new members at once to the service team.

More employees also mean increased space requirements. For this reason, the service department moved to its new home at the Büchenbach location and can enjoy a modern and spacious workshop. At the same time, a central service hotline was set up so that we can be reached even more quickly for questions concerning customer service.
