Sign-up guidelines:
Memmert cannot make any reservation without a completed registration form. Participants receive a registration confirmation in time before the beginning of the course, at the latest 3 weeks in advance. The automatically generated acknowledgement of receipt, sent after submitting the registration, is not valid as such.
Cancellations - participants:
Training registrations can be cancelled without any fee being charged, provided that Memmert receives the confirmation of cancellation fifteen (15) working days before the beginning of the course. In case of cancellation made after expiry of this period, the complete training’s costs are charged. This does not apply if an alternate participant is registered.
Cancellation - Memmert:
Conduct of all training courses offered depends on the availability of equipment and instructors. Memmert training sessions require a minimum of participants. In case of less registrations until the stipulated due date, Memmert reserves the right to cancel the respective training session. If an event is cancelled due to illness of the instructor, force majeure or other unforeseeable events, there shall be no claim to carrying out the event. In this case, Memmert will provide an alternate date. Memmert, as the organiser, is only liable in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of Memmert or its assistants or vicarious agents.
Course fees:
Unless stated otherwise in the respective description, online trainings resp. webinars are free. For service trainings a fee of 950,-€ for each participant will be charged. For on-site customer-specific service courses and trainings, as well as for lectures and courses with guest speakers, the fee may differ from the regular price. The fee to be paid is mentioned in the description of the respective training or webinar.
After registration an invoice including the training fee will be sent to you which must be paid at least before the end of the registration time (cf. registration area). If the invoice is not paid within this period Memmert reserves the right to cancel the participation.
Training schedule:
Participants have to be present for the entire duration of the training course. If a participant does not attend a part of the training, we cannot issue a certificate of attendance.
Training is held in the specified language (German, English, French, Spanish or Chinese). The participant needs to have appropriate expertise in this language to take part in the training course.
Note for service training courses: These are intended for field service engineers. Appropriate technical basic knowledge (in particular on electrical engineering) is required.
Training material:
Participants receive the entire training documentation in the language in which the training is conducted or rather in English if not available in the training language.
All rights of reproduction (including translation) and duplication of the training material or parts thereof are reserved by Memmert and require prior written approval by Memmert.
Place of jurisdiction:
Schwabach. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
