Analytica 2026: What happens when innovation meets real conversations

Four days at analytica in Munich rarely feel like just four days. This year was no exception.

What started as a product launch quickly became something more. A week defined by meaningful conversations, strong market feedback and a level of exchange that goes far beyond what can be achieved in calls or meetings.

For Memmert, analytica 2026 marked an important milestone. Not only because the new generation of laboratory equipment was presented to an international audience for the first time, but because it became clear how relevant these solutions are in real world applications.

At the booth: where ideas turn into discussions

On the exhibition floor, the Memmert booth quickly became a place where conversations moved beyond first impressions.

Instead of focusing on surface level product features, many discussions shifted towards real use cases, regulatory requirements and efficiency gains in daily laboratory operations. This is where relevance becomes visible. This is where relevance becomes visible.

Across all four days, there was a constant flow of visitors, partners and customers, creating an environment where exchange happened naturally and continuously. Initial contacts often developed into deeper discussions and, in many cases, into concrete starting points for future collaboration.

Guided tours: structured exchange with a clear focus

A particularly valuable format was provided through the guided tours organized by Laborpraxis.

As part of this initiative, a group of around 20 laboratory professionals and distributors visited the Memmert booth to gain a structured overview of the new solutions.

This created a focused setting in which discussions became more specific and more closely linked to real application scenarios. Rather than looking at individual devices in isolation, the conversation centered on how the different elements work together and how they support reliable and efficient processes in the laboratory.

An evening that brought people together and marked a milestone

While the days were defined by intensive discussions, the evening of March 24 created space for a different kind of exchange.

At the gala dinner, around 240 guests from across the world came together in a traditional Bavarian setting. Away from the exhibition floor, conversations naturally shifted from business topics to more personal interactions.

The evening started with a moment that set the tone immediately. The ceremonial beer tapping by Matthias Grosser, completed with just two strikes, marked the beginning of an event that quickly developed its own dynamic.

As the evening unfolded, conversations continued, laughter filled the room and connections deepened. Bavarian games such as “Maßkrugschieben”, “Nageln” and “Maßkrugstemmen” added energy and showed clearly how much people enjoyed these shared moments.

At the same time, the evening also became the stage for an important announcement.

Together with its strategic partner ARALAB, Memmert announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Newtronic Lifecare Equipment Pvt Ltd, one of India’s leading providers of environmental testing solutions.

This step brings together Memmert’s global engineering capabilities, ARALAB’s technical expertise and Newtronic’s strong position in the Indian market. It strengthens the company’s presence in one of the most dynamic regions and creates new opportunities to accelerate innovation and serve customers even more effectively.

Continuing the momentum

The following day, the energy carried forward.

During the stand party, the booth once again became a place where conversations continued in a more relaxed setting. New contacts were made, existing relationships were strengthened and the impressions of the previous days were reflected in a different, more informal atmosphere.

These moments develop naturally and cannot be fully planned. They are shaped by the people involved and by the dynamic of the event itself.

Building the foundation: knowledge, alignment and confidence

Alongside the visible activity on the show floor, another important part of the week took place in parallel.

During the first two days, around 50 participants from different countries joined dedicated sales and service training sessions. These sessions brought together colleagues and partners who will be working with the new Memmert generation on a daily basis.

The focus was on building real understanding. How the new devices perform in real laboratory environments, how they support specific applications and how their advantages can be communicated clearly and confidently to customers.

This alignment is especially critical in an international setup, where consistency in knowledge and communication directly impacts customer experience.

The level of engagement during these sessions was high. Discussions were detailed, questions were specific and the exchange showed clearly how relevant this new generation is for the market.

What this week made clear

Looking back, one conclusion stands out. Technology alone does not create progress. It creates potential. Progress happens when this potential is combined with people, exchange and trust.

Analytica 2026 showed how powerful this combination can be. It highlighted the importance of listening, of understanding real challenges and of building solutions together.

Thank you

A week like this is only possible because of the people involved.

We would like to thank our customers and partners for their trust and the valuable discussions, all visitors for their interest and openness and our colleagues for their dedication, energy and commitment throughout these days.

The next chapter has already begun

Analytica 2026 was not a conclusion. It was a starting point. Many of the conversations that began here will continue. New ideas will turn into projects and new connections will grow into partnerships.

And if these four days are any indication, the next chapter has already begun.

Always ahead for you.

2026 – A year full of innovations.
